Classic Twin with Ocean View

Our room featured a sweeping ocean view. The interior is classic and comfortable, and the balcony becomes your favorite spot for sea breeze and morning coffee.

Afternoon Tea at Ocean Cafe

We spent the afternoon at Ocean Cafe with a tiered afternoon tea set. Sitting by large windows with the sea right in front of us felt wonderfully indulgent and relaxing.

Day 1 Dinner: “Aqua Belle” Buffet

For our first dinner, we chose the buffet at Aqua Belle. There’s a broad selection from salads and hot dishes to sweets. Window seating with ocean views made the meal especially pleasant.

Another morning, we tried the Japanese breakfast at Unkai — a beautiful set with grilled fish, seasonal side dishes, rice, and miso soup. A serene start to the day.

Submarine Cruise: Stroll Under the Sea

We joined the semi-submarine cruise for undersea viewing. Watching fish and coral pass by felt like a calm ocean “walk” without getting wet — a great activity for all ages.

Green Path to the Beach — A Little Adventure

The walkway from the hotel down to the beach passes through a green, coastal path. It’s short, but adds a fun, exploratory feeling to each beach visit.

Japanese Restaurant Dinner

For dinner one night, we dined at the Japanese restaurant. Dashi-rich dishes and well-balanced courses paired perfectly with the evening sea breeze.

Beach Pool & Garden Pool

Between the beach and the garden pools, you can easily spend a full day switching between swims and lounge time. Poolside chairs are plentiful and family-friendly.

Manzamo Sunset & Night Walk

At sunset, the sky glows over the cape and the water turns deep blue. After dark, strolling around the resort is quiet and romantic with the sound of waves.

Large Public Bath & Sauna

To finish the day, we visited the public bath and sauna to unwind. A great way to reset after time in the sun.

Tips for Car-free Travelers

  • Airport bus first: It’s the simplest way to arrive. Buy tickets at the airport counter.
  • Stay-focused plan: Plan to spend most time on-site; there’s plenty to do.
  • Use taxis sparingly: For any quick outings, call a taxi or use an app.
  • Reserve activities: Popular marine programs can sell out on weekends and holidays.
  • Ocean-view dining: Request window seating when possible; it elevates every meal.

Summary

Our two-night stay proved you can fully enjoy Okinawa’s main-island resort life without driving. Between the private beach, casual activities, and relaxing meals, Manza made it effortless to slow down and enjoy the ocean.
